We specialise in custom Tiny Houses and Transportable Homes, designed and built entirely in-house at our Raglan factory — from the structural frame right through to our own custom cabinetry.

Built to last. We use the highest quality materials tested in New Zealand’s tough conditions, with NZ Licensed Building Practitioners overseeing every detail of every build.

Plenty of choice. Choose from 1, 2, and 3 bedroom Tiny Homes on wheels, or 50m2 –100m² council-approved Transportable Homes. Whatever your vision, we have a size and style to match.

Designed and Built Around You

We offer standard designs, but most of our work is bespoke. We work closely with your ideas and budget to design and build a Tiny or Transportable Home that is truly unique to you.

Your style, your way. Adjust the size, door and window positions, exterior colour scheme, and interior details like lining and flooring — every element is your choice.

Go off-grid. We can also make your home fully self-sufficient. Options include PV solar power systems, rainwater collection, grey water treatment, and composting toilets.

Our Tiny Home factory is based in Raglan, Waikato, and doubles as our showroom — visit us by appointment to tour our current builds in person.

We deliver Tiny Homes and Transportable Homes throughout the North and South Island, and we can arrange financing for qualified buyers. Fox Cabins® has also been featured twice on Moving Houses, the New Zealand television series showcasing innovative and exceptional home builds.
