The Fox
Box Cabin

Smallest and most cost-effective

The Fox Box Cabins is our smallest and most cost-effective cabin for those who need a simple, elegant space for a sleepout, office space, or studio. At Fox Cabins we believe in creating warm, dry, stylish, and durable living spaces that will withstand the test of time, so every cabin is built to the New Zealand Building Code, to the same standard that you would build your own house.

The Fox Box Cabin is single-story on a 10m2 footprint of 4.2m long by 2.4m wide with an additional 350mm timber clad soffit at the front. A double-glazed Ranch Slider and two 800 high, 700 wide windows as standard, but everything can be customised to your needs. Lined in either painted MDF or any style of ply and clad in vertical Coloursteel Corrugate the Fox Den has a stylish look and is incredibly durable. We take pride in the fact that all our cabins are insulated above NZ code the new Residential Tenancies Act standards, including the South Island and Alpine zone.

Our cabins are fully customizable, from lining types, cladding colours to window and door sizes, types and locations, flooring types, skylights, addition of PV solar power, and Heat Pumps. We can add kitchenettes and bathrooms to all our models. Call or email us for details!
