Wellington Tiny Homes — Custom Built, Delivered Nationwide
Tiny Homes Wellington — Quality Builds, Delivered to Your Door
Fox Cabins® is a custom builder of Tiny Houses and Transportable Homes with an exceptional portfolio of projects completed throughout New Zealand.
Although we’re based in Raglan, Wellington is one of our most active markets. Time and again, our Wellington clients find that Fox Cabins® delivers superior quality at a comparable price to local builders — even when transportation costs are factored in.
Why Wellington Clients Choose Fox Cabins®
Because we’re a high-end custom builder, we’ve worked alongside some of New Zealand’s foremost architects and designers. Every build meets or exceeds NZ Building Code standards, and our finishes, joinery and attention to detail set us apart.
We work across the full range — from compact tiny homes and sleep-outs to fully self-contained 1, 2 and 3 bedroom transportable homes up to 90m².
Delivered to Wellington and Across the Region
We regularly deliver tiny homes and transportable homes to Hutt Valley, Kapiti Coast, Porirua, and surrounding areas. In fact, we normally have projects in the Wellington region every few months.
So if you’d like to view a local build in progress or recently completed, get in touch and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
Let our team of professional builders bring your tiny home dream to life.
Custom Tiny Homes Built for Wellington
Looking for a stylish, high-quality home that doesn’t compromise on design? Fox Cabins specialises in custom tiny homes and transportable homes, built using top-quality materials tested in New Zealand’s demanding conditions.
Every build is solid, warm, and dry — far exceeding NZ Building Code standards. Because we have NZ Licensed Building Practitioners on our team, you can trust the quality from foundation to finish.
Choose from a range of sizes and configurations, from compact tiny homes right through to fully self-contained 1, 2 and 3 bedroom transportable homes up to 90m². Whatever your vision, we’ll help bring it to life.
Bespoke Tiny Homes and Transportable Homes for Wellington
While we offer a range of standard designs, most of our work is bespoke. We work closely with you to create a tiny home or transportable home that suits your vision, your section, and your budget.
From adjusting size and layout to choosing exterior colours, flooring, window placement and joinery finishes — every detail can be tailored to you. As a result, no two Fox Cabins® builds are the same.
Off-Grid Ready for Wellington and Beyond
In addition to our custom designs, our tiny homes and transportable homes can be built fully off-grid. Options include full PV solar power systems, rainwater collection, grey water treatment, and composting toilets — ideal for lifestyle blocks and rural Auckland properties where services may be limited.
