One, Two or Three Bedroom Home
“The Bach” is our most popular transportable home on foundations which comes in one, two and three bedroom designs. The Bach comes with full council compliance, perfect for additional accommodation, Airbnb, ‘Granny Flat’ or beach get away. Its most popular size is 70m2 or less to comply with the ‘Granny Flat’ regulations. More information on the regulations can be found here.
Every Bach we build is completely custom so can be designed anywhere between 60m2 – 84m2 as a one, two or even three bedroom space, and boasts bifold doors and windows across the whole front wall to let light flood in.
Cladding is a contemporary mix of vertical Colorsteel corrugate and Nordic Pine, and can be customised to your style. The interior is warm and stylish with high quality Birch ply lining with custom built kitchen.
