The bedroom sits at one end of the build with its own set of ranch sliders, letting light flood in and doubling as a separate private entrance — a layout that works especially well for Airbnb guests. The main living area at the other end is spacious enough for a fold-out couch, a TV setup, and a second set of ranch sliders opening the room out to the view. No mezzanine, no loft, no compromises — just clean, single-level living from one end to the other.

The Fitz Roy suits people looking to downsize, couples wanting a simpler way of living, and anyone who’d rather not deal with stairs. It also makes an excellent Airbnb — the separate bedroom entrance and open living space are exactly what guests want.

At 8m long and 2.4m wide, The Fitz Roy comes in under the legal 3,500kg road limit and can be towed by most late-model full-size utes. And like every Fox Cabins® build, no two are the same — clients add, change and modify until the layout is exactly right.
