Both homes are built to the highest standards with superior craftsmanship. In addition, each dwelling is council consented and comes with a Certificate of Compliance (CoC), so you can be confident they meet all local and national regulations.
Our factory is based in the North Island. Nevertheless, we deliver nationwide to all locations across both the North and South Island of NZ. Read more below.
The Bach
“The Bach” is our most popular transportable home on foundations which comes in two and three bedroom designs (60m2, 70m2 & 84m2). The Bach comes with full council compliance.
The Everest
“The Everest” originated as one of our best selling Tiny Home, has now been re-designed as a consented 50m2 transportable home. It comes with full council compliance.

Unlike traditional homes — which are built entirely on-site — transportable and prefabricated homes are constructed at our workshop. They are built either as a completed home, or in sections (modules), before being transported to your land for final placement or assembly.
